Terms of Service

Last updated: August 16, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlutterPlaza Code Push ("Service"), operated by FlutterPlaza ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service is accessible at https://codepush.flutterplaza.com. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

FlutterPlaza Code Push is an over-the-air (OTA) update platform for Flutter applications. The Service enables developers to push code updates, patches, and snapshots directly to end-user devices without requiring a full app store submission. Key capabilities include:

  • Uploading and managing app release snapshots and differential patches
  • Delivering OTA updates to Flutter applications at runtime
  • Managing applications, releases, and channels via the web console and CLI
  • Monitoring patch adoption through analytics

3. Account Registration and API Keys

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address and completing the verification process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 API Keys

The Service issues API keys to authenticate programmatic access via the CLI and client SDK. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. You must not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code that is distributed to end users. If you believe an API key has been compromised, you must revoke it immediately through the console.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious code through OTA updates
  • Push updates that violate Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other app marketplace policies
  • Circumvent app review processes in a manner prohibited by platform providers
  • Distribute content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Push updates that collect user data without appropriate consent or disclosure
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or connected systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use violates these Terms or poses a risk to the Service or other users.

5. Subscription Tiers and Billing

5.1 Plans

The Service is offered under multiple subscription tiers, including a free tier and paid plans. Current plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page. Features, limits, and pricing are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

5.3 Billing Cycle

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle you select. Charges are processed at the beginning of each billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5.4 Overages

On paid plans, if your usage exceeds the patch install limits included in your plan, overage charges will apply at the rates specified on the Pricing page, billed at the end of each billing cycle. On the Free plan there are no overage charges — patch delivery pauses once the monthly limit is reached and resumes at the start of the next cycle.

5.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@flutterplaza.com. Upon cancellation, your paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.

6. Data Storage

The Service stores app snapshots, differential patches, and associated metadata on Google Cloud Storage (GCS). We implement industry-standard security measures to protect stored data, including encryption at rest and in transit. However, you are responsible for the content of the updates you push through the Service.

We perform regular backups but do not guarantee the recovery of data in all circumstances. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of source code and critical assets.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the code, patches, snapshots, and other content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

7.2 Our Service

The Service, including its design, features, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by FlutterPlaza and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • FlutterPlaza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

You acknowledge that OTA updates carry inherent risks and that you are solely responsible for testing updates before deploying them to production environments.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlutterPlaza, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@flutterplaza.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data, including stored patches and snapshots, after a reasonable retention period of thirty (30) days. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 11) will survive.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The revision dated August 16, 2026 is not a material change and took effect on that date. It clarifies the free tier and the cancellation and termination routes — §5.1 and §5.4, which describe the free tier, and §5.5 and §10.1, which state the cancellation and termination routes that have always been in place rather than changing them. Apart from those sections and this note, no other section was changed. It does not add an obligation, remove a right, or change what you pay.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlutterPlaza is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlutterPlaza regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
