A patch install is counted each time a device downloads and applies a code push update. If one user has your app on two devices and both receive the same patch, that counts as two installs. Re-applying the same patch on the same device does not count again.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Console. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
On the Free plan, patch delivery pauses once you hit 7,500 installs until the next billing cycle. On Pro and Business plans, additional installs are billed at $1 per 2,500 installs so your users are never disrupted. You can set budget alerts in the Console to stay in control.
Yes. The Free plan gives you 1 app with 7,500 patch installs per month, forever. No credit card required, no time limit. When you need more apps or higher limits, upgrade to Pro or Business instantly.

Yes. In the Console under Settings, you can set a usage threshold (e.g. 80%). When your patch installs reach that percentage of your monthly limit, you'll receive an email alert so you can take action before hitting the cap.
